What is the Flux for?
The objective of the welding process is to join two metals by another conductive material without melting the metals to be joined. The surface of the metals can present dirt, which makes welding difficult. It is here that the flux intervenes eliminating rust from the surfaces to be welded. What the FLUX does is to optimize the heat passage from the soldering iron to the points to be welded, to improve the passage of heat from the hot air to the points to be welded or to improve the passage of infrared heat to the points to be welded. And then what does FLUX do with this problem? Well, simple; lower the surface tension of the solder in a liquid state. And this helps? Improves the distribution of the weld at the points to be welded resulting in a uniform and continuous welding. By lowering the surface tension we achieve a good weld with uniform distribution, good coverage and economy in consumption.
Almost transparent and corrosion-free residue
This flux guarantees high surface insulation resistance and offers a high pin test on the
Flux circuit Recommended for welding components.
Applies to cell phones, PCB phone, BGA and PGA SMD rework, flux paste
Execute tin quickly, low smoke level
The residue is very pale, has a very high SIR value
No clean flux paste that keeps it free of unpleasant odors .
Precautions: The flux should be applied in ventilated places. It is advisable to wear a mask and protective gloves during handling.
Specification:
Material: solder paste
Type: UV-223/UV-559
Alloy: Sn63/Pb37
Microns: 25-45um
